The Latitude Explorer is a tough and highly-capable rooftop tent built for serious adventures.
Built from aluminium, the sleek design is extremely robust and ready for whatever you throw at it. Its sleek design opens up in seconds thanks to the gas struts making the process unbelievably quick & easy.
Inside, an extra deep lower base houses the 70mm thick foam mattress & anti-condensation mat which gives supreme comfort for two. You can also store your bedding inside the tent when closed, so that you have more space inside your vehicle, and so the tent is ready to jump straight into as soon as it’s opened.
The Explorer roof tent also has the added benefit of being able to mount various accessories to it via the accessory channels on the sides. Each roof tent includes a pair of accessory roof bars which mount to the top of the tent, allowing the addition of kayaks, bikes, SUPs and more.
TENT BENEFITS
Opens in 30 Seconds
The gas struts make extremely light work of opening the roof tent. Simply undo the latches and push up, the rest is done for you in a matter of seconds. Packing it down is just as quick and easy, an elastic cord helps pull the tent material in as it folds.
Extra Practicality
Roof bars mounted to the top of the Explorer roof tent come included and allow you to mount extra items on top, such as bikes, kayaks, roof boxes, solar panels and more. These are rated to hold 85kgs closed and 20kgs open.
Slim Desig
The Explorer model comes in at only 20cm tall, excluding the roof bars. A small amount of bedding can still be stored inside the Roof Tent, such as a couple of sleeping bags or a lightweight quilt.Full dimensions can be found in the table below.
Inside the tent is a built-in LED light with three dimmable settings which plugs into a battery pack.
There is also overhead storage to store your camping essentials.
