How much sound deadening and insulation do I need for my van?
The amount needed will vary depending on the size of your van and also what you are using the van for. Below you will see the most common van sizes we work on. The listed product will cover the two side walls, wheel arches, floor, rear doors and ceiling to a moderate level.
These amounts are for a moderate covering if you would like to know the exact coverage you need then the suppliers will have the exact coverage area for each product in the specification.

What sound deadening do I put in the cab?
The cab area is typically better sound deadened than the rear of the van and the cab mat adds a small amount of insulation especially in later models but it is still important not to completely neglect this area! For this area we recommend you sound deaden and add insulate these areas you will need the following quantities.
