I'm using thermo liner plus some thin closed cell foam. Double layer in the big spaces and the thin stuff on the cross members as well as low expansion flexible spray foam inside the members. Seems to work as where I haven't got it all up yet the van sweats like crazy on the bare metal.
As general practice, we don't usually put Thermo Fleece in this space as there isn't much room. However if there is some product left over, you can fit fleece in the ceiling space. You will also have to use a good fixing that can cope with a little pressure (the extra long clips or screws are good)
Make sure to leave round any electrical fixings clear to reduce risk of overheating as a little air flow is recommended.
@stevefcurrie Sorry Steve, I'm getting the names mixed up, I meant Fleece. We always use Thermo Liner in this space we only sometimes use Thermo Fleece for the reasons above.
