Full Height Birch camper van Ply-Lining kit.
The B/B grade birch ply-lining kit offers a natural, warm and unique finish to your van, as a pose to the standard go to carpet. The full height design covers much more metal work compared to standard ply-lining kits, the window apertures also hide the curtain metal work nicely offering a really smart finish.
We recommend oiling the panels in Danish or Osmo oil for best results. Window apertures as standard include OS/NS front and tailgate or barn doors, for bespoke window additions or removal please just specify in customer notes on checkout.

Full Height Birch Camper Van Ply-Lining Kits
Our full height ply lining panels are designed to sit outside the standard recess, they therefore are not fixed with clips. Although a little trickier to fit, the full height panels offer are far better finish. .
Firstly, oil or varnish your ply lining in a product of your choice, then simply screw them to the van metal work using small black pan head screws. This option allows the removal on the panel if necessary. You may find it helps to pre-drill with a 2.5 metal bit. We recommend two people to carry out the fitting.
