This is Rusty Lee's full width bed, made from 20x20x2.5mm box section and all the brackets/hinges are cnc laser cut.
 
The camper van bed sits level with the rear engine shelf and make up a 6 foot bed when out in bed position. The frame is fully powder coated and comes with all fixings needed to assemble it.
