Front shocks in, now I have the right bolts. Realigned gear shifter/linkage and tweaked the rear hight a touch, and took it for a spin. Drives so much nicer on the new beam!
Found some lose wiring which may have been causing my charging issues, so may have saved a job there!
Still need to get back under it as I think I've got some sticky breaks so sort. Still waiting on the carb rebuild kit and I want to get my front seat upholstery sorted before we get into bus season! Always something on the list!
Mocked up panels ready for trimming. Had to remove check strap and blocks as they were getting in the way (I have barn doors). Will be making panel for opposite wall to sliding door
@Ryan Mod carpet lining started. Not trimming as easily as Leigh makes it look. Brand new blade will maybe do one cut before it’s dull. im using heavy duty Stanley blades. Any advice as to what you guys use?
Finished up the A/C wiring for the passenger side and reinstalled the new, painted plastics. Reinstalled the seats so it would pass MOT!

I ran my big fan with the back doors open to keep the seats from becoming a biology experiment! Also hung a couple of desicant bags as well.
Nice one Steve!
Panels adjusted and (temporarily) fitted . prep for carpet next
I put it back together
New beam, refurbed stock steelies and stainless baby moon hub caps. Few jobs to finish off but I'm pleased 🤙
Dropped this p.o.s out of the bus, got a narrowed adjustable beam with drop spindles going in tomorrow 👌
